If you have ever felt "space-y" or floaty... If you sometimes lose your train of thought... If you find it challenging to know what you feel ...

You may need to get more grounded.

Being grounded is a sense of being supported and present to the moment. When you are grounded, you can be clear about what is in front of you and how you are responding. In this space, you can truly connect with the person you are with.

In this class you will learn how to use curanderos teachings about the sacred shape of a cube as a meditation to help you feel grounded in any circumstance. We will explore the different faces of the cube and what they represent to the curanderos. Practicing the visualisation of a cube will help you to center effectively in yourself and be present. From there we will explore what it is like to connect to one another from our center. You are invited to be present.
